SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Avoviar. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the Netherlands.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Avoviar is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Not be damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling

  • Items excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch or EU law

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product or after you provide proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
