2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You exercise your legal right of withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable Dutch or European consumer law.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Returned items should be in their original condition, allowing only the handling necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and, if applicable, the packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under your statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that it has been shipped back where required by law, we will inspect the return.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Shipping Costs

Where required by applicable law, the original standard shipping costs paid for the order will also be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • Applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused where permitted by law if:

  • The product has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.

  • The product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • The return does not qualify under applicable consumer protection legislation.

  • The product falls within a legal exception to the right of withdrawal.
