2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will cancel it and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described below.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting us using the details provided below.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

4. Conditions for Returns

Returned items should:

• Be returned within the applicable return period.

• Be in their original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection as you would in a physical store.

• Include any accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.

You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, or you provide proof that it has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by applicable law, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are excluded under applicable Dutch or European law, including where permitted:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

• Other exceptions provided under applicable consumer legislation.
